1. Introduction

Card processing for the purpose of donating funds for the activities of the Institute for Rural Initiatives (iRi), through the E-commerce platform connected to the website www.iri.md, implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of this document.

2. Obligations

iRi undertakes to ensure the smooth functioning of the donation process and to use the funds collected in accordance with the declared purposes. Upon the donor's request, iRi will provide information on the use of the funds. Donor data will be used exclusively for the declared purpose of the campaign.

3. Confidentiality of information

Personal data will only be used in the context of facilitating donations for the stated purposes. This information will not be shared with third parties, except in legal cases provided by law.

4. Donations and payments

Card donations (VISA and MASTERCARD) are made through the online donation processing service. Currency conversion will be performed according to the card issuer's rules. The donation value is the net cost, with no additional fees.

5. Unsolicited commercial messages

iRi will not generate spam.

6. Donation refund and return policy

Donations can be refunded upon request, within 14 calendar days since the donation. The refund request must be sent to office@iri.md, along with proof of donation and justification for the refund request.

7. Disputes and conflicts

Access or any attempted unauthorized access to the iRi website data or any attempted fraud will be reported to the authorities. Disputes will be resolved amicably within 30 calendar days or through the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. The donor accepts the risks involved by accepting these terms.

9. Duration

The document is valid indefinitely and comes into force upon publication.
